We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join us! Our teams find themselves working with a diverse range of clients, such as ITV, the Palaces of the British Royal Household, the country's top museums including Imperial War Museums and Royal Museums Greenwich, Government institutions like the National Crime Agency and Food Standards Agency, not-for-profits, including the Tony Blair Institute and London Zoo, cultural and event centres such as the Southbank Centre and the British Film Institute, and higher education establishments such as the University of Derby and Middlesex University.


We’ve been delivering projects using our tailored agile methodology for a number of years and we have an excellent reputation for delivery of high quality work, both technical and non-technical.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. High-level project planning and scheduling 
  2. Effective and timely communication with our clients, teams and other appropriate stakeholders 
  3. Scheduling team members appropriately  resource to make sure our projects are set up to succeed
  4. Monitor and report progress against our delivery plans
  5. Keep a current understanding of the team’s progress and issues, and to flag up to the team any important external issues that that team need to be aware of
  6. Work closely with the lead developer and/or Account Manager to ensure successful project delivery and happy clients


Who we're looking for - the "must-haves"

  • Experience in managing digital projects and driving delivery
  • Knowledge and/or experience of agile development methodologies
  • Track record of delivery of complex web/software projects in an agency environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience of stakeholder engagement


Who we're looking for - the "nice-to-haves"

  • Experience of working with distributed teams
  • Agile accreditation

Starting salary for this role is £42,500
